undesirables in our cake

My husband and I really love the Fournos peppermint ganache cake. And over the years it has increased in price, so naturally one would expect to get the equivalent in quality. Unfortunately on occasion we've found eggshells as well as fur in our cake. For a cake that costs as much as R160, the last thing you expect to find in it are eggs shells and fur. :( <br> <br> So disappointed
