STALE RED VELVET CUPCAKES

hi- <br> I always buy cupcakes from Fournos Rosebank as they are one of the bests. but recently two weeks ago I bought some chocolate and vanilla and red velvet and the vanilla one was stale - I didn't bother to report it,. but today I bought 12 cupcakes which are now R 166 -00 for 12 (the price has increased drastically) anyway- they are stale -very stale - the icing was fine but the cake was stale and dry and hard. its unfortunate as we pay so much for cupcakes and then we are disappointed by the end result. what can you do to better this service as you will loose customers this way
