Rude waitress who doesn't want to work

I've always loved fournos, but after going to the one in Bedford centre on Friday, I've never experienced such rude manners before. The lady, after waiting and several attempts of asking for help, said that they closed at 9. We all went for dinner and saved to have dessert at Fournos.
