Poor service Fournos Woodmead waittress

Fourths Bakery Woodmead offers great tasting food, but has poor service staff. Many a waitress/waiter prefer to serve certain customers over others. On Saturday 28 April 2018 around 10:15, I asked Busisiwe to assist me to order a milk tart and a chocolate cake. She ignored me and walked away to serve another lady. I then went to Kholofelo for assistance and she rep**** "I'm busy". I suspect that they judge the probability of receiving a tip by the appearance (politically correct term) of a customer. The white lady and gentleman (managers) who are sometimes present, always give good service with a smile whenever I asked for assistance with a waitress/waiter. As soon as they(managers) disappear, my own race(black) give me poor service (except Petunia). I hope management of Fournos Bakery hire other staff or train the current low grade staff to provide better customer service to the benefit of all customers and Fournos Bakery. Regards, Ric
