No toilet seat Fournos Little Falls

The gents has no toilet seat. I complained November 2017 and today 20 Feb 2018 went in again only to find the seat has still not been replaced. When I complained the first time the manager said they are waiting for a new seat..... 2 months ???? Its very unhygienic and uncomfortable.
