Ncane the worst manager

I was at South Gate fournos bakery on Saturday. We were hosting a surprise party for my aunt nd unfortunately the cake lady phoned an hour before we had planned to start to say the cake fell, we immediately drove out to go look for one, got to Fournos nd went to a lady by the counter nd explained our situation. She quickly rushed to the back nd we were both not aware that she was actually going to check for us coz there was a cake which wasn’t collected. We needed to calm the situation down at home nd confirm that yes we found something, a lady walked passed us in uniform I stopped her nd as I was trying to explain she rudely rep**** nd said “ you’ve been assisted “ I was shocked at her response and attitude, she walked to the table she was serving nd spoke in Zulu nd said “ I don’t know why she’s calling me cos she’s already been assisted “ I got very irate coz she’s now discussing me with customers nd I asked for the manager only to be told she’s the manager how disgusting. The staff at the shop apologised nd she didn’t I must say she carried on like what she did was okay . The guy at the back who fixed the cake was so professional together with the lady who we explained to when we got to the shop nd cashier. Your manager lacks customer service skills. We even left after buying the cake without her apologising for treating us like that . Her name is Ncane nd I demand an apology from her.
