Lady manager bad attitude

I ordered a slice of Cake & coffee with waiter Willard this afternoon like I did last visit. When cake came, it is not the same as last time which was a slice cut from the cake in the display shelf, but was a round prefrozen type. Then the waiter explain to me they will not cut the cake unless this round one finished that I understand, so I said then leave it and went on with my coffee. Then this blonde hair lady manager came (with a long face& without any smile or courtacy) and asked me whether I have a problem and said 4 times she will not cut the cake. Actually, I did not want cake anymore after waiter explained to me. Why she need to border me to explain her company policy to me with such a bad manner. Fourno will loss me permanently because of this.
