Highly negligent service

I had ordered for a cheese toast and 2 pancakes. I had to wait for 30 minutes only to hear that it will take 2 more minutes. And I had to wait for 10 more minutes before I walked out without having anything. I understand that it takes some time to prepare the food. But not 40 minutes to prepare a cheese toast and 2 pancakes. The restaurant was not crowded. Heights of negligence. This is the worst experience I had in a south african restaurant
