Fournos Bakery woodmead Johannesburg... poor customer service and **** baking

I ordered 2 cakes for my son's 1st birthday. One for cake smash other one eggless for party. My son didnt do smash tested with one finger and disnt touch again. Next day on party we cut both cakes and shockingly as we started serving some kids refused to eat and started saying that cake is salty. Then we tasted it and some other guests as well cake was really salty so then we realised why my son refused to do cake smash. Next day I took both cakes one was 1/4 cut and other one 1/5. Their manager gave 2 very intelligent answers that butter cream cake is salted and dark colored cakes also slightly salted so next time I have to order cream cakes only. I was shocked with her statement. I never heard this kind of excuse and never experienced butter cake was ever salty before. So all in all it was very bad experience. Poor service and baking is **** more over they spoiled our special day. So I advise dont go for fournos bakery if you dont want to experience same.
