Fournos bad service from a waitress!!!

On the 14th of March went there for some breakfast, everything was fine. We ate and I asked for the bill. She brought the bill and I only paid as per my bill. She then told me why am I not giving her a tip. I told her that is it compulsory that we do that? She asked for a 10% tip and I was angry and not impressed by the fact she thinks a tip is compulsory. It was my first time eating there and it's my last time.
