Excellent service!

I had placed an order online for a birthday cake and paid in full. A few days later our amount of guests increased and I needed a bigger cake. I phoned The Grove's branch and was assisted by Norma. She quickly followed up with head office, who contacted me and adjusted my order. Norma later phoned to confirm that everything was now sorted. Excellent service! It's an absolute pleasure working with them!
