Excellent handling of complaint

I lodged a complaint about the Founos Bakery in Little Falls and within an hour I had a formal detailed response as well as telephone calls from the general manager and store manager. Thank you Mike and Maggie, this is how it is done. Everybody makes mistakes but how you handle it when you are made aware of it says a lot about the person and company.
