Dissapointed at FORNOUS mall of the south

My mom is in love with scones, queens cakes and ****ins we travelled all over to find the best in Joburg from fornous we have been to the hydepark one rosebank as well. today we decided to visit the mall of the South branch to get the most awfull unfriendly customer service from Pam ,she was rude didn't want to put our goods in boxes and never even gave us a smile nor a simple thank you after serving us. After she gave a customer of colour boxed goods that was also buying the same things we bought she rudely said they aren't the same. We don't want to raise the white Vs black card but that's what it was and we where super dissapointed,she was the only helper and only teller wasted so much time waiting for her to finish serving others.

This is the worse by far customer service we have received from fornous really had us thinking again about the brand. We would personally appreciate the manger explaining what's really going on at the mall of the south. *** I'm my contact
