Busisiwe a cashier with very bad attitude

<p>I went in the morning to buy some cheese rolls with aR100 & and since Fournos is a big bakery i expected them to have change then the cashier went on to say i dont have change with a very bad tone & with out even greeting me, i told her this is the money i have go ask your bosses to give you change then she rolled her eyes at me which i felt was not called for, as i went again for the second time with a friend she started speaking in her language to my friend saying ooooh so she went to report to you so i told her i can understand your language the she started raising her voice at mi. The manger cindy asked her to apologise to me she said for WAT again in her language which i understood perfect,i am not understanding that is this how Fournos cashier are trainned to insult foreign customer when they think they do not under stand their language. I alway buy at Fournos Bakery Woodmean and get great service but this Busisiwe cashier is rude and has no mannners. If she see that you do not understand her language she comes with attitude and say insults. Please Fournos Woodmead i trust you will adress this as a matter of urgency.</p>
