Benmore Gardens again no service

<p>Once again.. cold milk with my coffee instead of hot. Asked waiter to bring hot milk. No one came so I got up and asked another waiter if I could please speak to the manager and also to ask him to please bring me hot milk. Nothing happened. A while afterwards another waiter brought me hot milk by which time my coffee was cold. The only reason I went to have coffee was because i met a friend in the mall who invited me. Somehow seems that store is not managed well in terms of systems and client service.</p>
