Bad Service

I came at Fournos Hyde Park to sit and have coffee in the morning. I was pointed to the till to pay for it before I could sit. I paid for it and requested it with a croissant. I sat down and started working on my laptop. I then requested the cashiers to bring the tea. I was told I need to fetch it from the take away session although I made it clear that I was going to sit and work. After thirty minutes, the tea came in a paper mug with two biscuits folded in a serviette. I asked them is it how they serve they sitting customers? Moreover the order was wrong, it was not what I ordered.
