Bad customer service from Fournos Bakery head office

I ordered platters at Mall of the south which I collected on the 5th and we eat them after 2pm,the same night everyone had stomach ache and diarrhoea.

On Monday I called head office and the lady did not even bother to listen to me instead she just told me to hold on while she was busy chatting with someone else.

I later called the branch and the manager was very understanding and said head office will assist but I have my doubts.
