After 4 Hours my order wasnt ready

I placed an order telephonically for 1kg raw dough at 08h00 in the morning<br> <br> I advised that I would be there at 12h30 to pick up the order<br> They took down my name and cell number<br> <br> I got there and was advised by what I can assume was the Manager that my order would be ready in another 2 Hours!!!<br> I was irate. I went out of my way to go collect the order only to be told it wasnt ready<br> I was told that there was no power and thats why my order was late. Loadshedding started at 10h00 so where did the other 2 hours go?<br> <br> I then complained that my cell phone number was there and the least they could have done was give me a call to let me know my order would be late before I drove there to collect it.<br> <br> I am highly disappointed in this Branch
