A Greedy/Sneaky Waiter! Never Again!

The waiter at Fournos Bakery in Bedfordview Centre is atrocious!

On the 24th October 2020_ at 13:45 pm, I met my companion at the restaurant, it took the waiter about FOREVER to attend to us from the time he gave our menus to the time we received the order, and then to ask for the bill. The manager had more etiquette than his staff, who had checked on us more frequently than the man who was allocated to us.

When the bill finally comes to our take I had specifically asked him to charge us separately as I had given him the number inclusive of his tip (of which he didn't even deserve) and told him my portion of the bill to be paid for.

As his demeanor changed, he said 'yes, ma'am' as to agree with my request and still proceeded to charge a straight bill with a little more change added to the total, he then holds the machine above my head so I don't see the amount before installing my card to process the payment with the force of his hand, I'm thinking to myself why would he resist for me to see what I am supposed to pay as all other outlets do to ensure that you are paying the right amount.

It's bad enough that we have to deal with ********* in our daily exchange but at a secure location where I am meant to kick-back and relax for a short while, I now have to be more vigilant of the ********* conspiring against paying customers, such as ourselves.
