Terrible Service - Fourleaf estate

We are are currently renting at Fourleaf estate, parsons vlei,

For a year now we have had a roof leaks in several places, our toilet water is connected to the geyser (hot water when flushing) and our shower does not work properly.

None of these issues have been resolved yet
