Fourleaf Estate rental deposit

All my anger about Better Insurance reminds me of what fourleaf estate did to me, I had a deposit of 5k and I lost it all due to a stupid reasoning capacity. When I put in my 2 month's notice, she said I as soon as I moved out I should call them so that we can inspect the house together. I cleaned everything including the wardrobes and doors. I was only charged for the main bedroom wall only because it was the only room that was not leaking, I found the bathroom very dirty it ddnt look painted. I have proof of the roof leaking in the other bedroom and kitchen and she got the proof. I even complained before she could take over, all the defects I reported them from the previous administrator and than I also sent it to the new administrator and she acknowledged but I can tell you for a fact that they took all my money and she says she charges me for all the walls and cleaning. I was in shocked I cried the whole day and night frustrated because God knows I cleaned and I think what made me angrier was that I stayed alone so how do I get walls dirty when m leaving alone? That was the most darkest time of my life. I had to move in with a friend because i could not afford to pay a deposit at my next renting place. When I called the previous renter she told me that they did the same with her, and thats when I realized this is a pattern. I will never forget that day. I still have proof of all the texts and videos and pictures. The only thing they are good for was safety. But their mini houses where not upto standard and they did not care much about their tenants. So fourleaf Estate is another rental place that I would never advice anyone. As she said it is what it is.
