Shocking lack of customer communication and service

First of all would just like to state I have never and will never buy a vehicle from them. My review is based on the experience i received as a potential customer.

- The first time was when i was interested in buying a 2011 Jaguar XFR from them. I drove to the premises on a weekend to view the car, I did not notify them so the fact that the vehicle was not there is not their fault. After expressing my interest in the vehicle I asked them to get details on it after confirming it was still available, this was then followed by me having to contact them for feedback multiple times with no answers, after not hearing from them again after a month after my last call I decided I would no longer waste my time on their lack of professional conduct, communication and service - The second experience is recent where I was interested in buying a 2015 Volkswagen Golf R they had listed for sale, I called and expressed interest and stated I had a trade in available. I promptly sent details of my trade-in after speaking to one of the staff. The next day after receiving no feedback I called them to find out that there was already a finance deal in final approval the morning I made the original call. This was never communicated and for a second time they had just ghosted me without any feedback unless I called first.
