JARED - FOURBUY CARS WHOLESALE -

On the 14/12/2023 the vehicle was delivered by Jared ( sales guy), with clear communication that the BRN certificate should be sorted the next day, and will let me know once they get the parts so we can attend to fit a new mirror, top roof piece and the pdc sensors. All good • In exactly within 30 days (15/01/2024) the car makes a broken scratching sound at the bottom. I informed Jared and he advises that I take the vehicle to his technician in fourways, of which I drive out to see the guy (Mario). Please see attached communication and Mario looking for the problem And I get to take the car home.

30/01/2024, Jared says unfortunately the car need to go under diagnoses. I allow them time to check while I drive the loan car given to me.

•3 Days later (02/02/2024) I GET STUCK ON THE FREE WAY WITH THE LOAN CAR THAT HAD TORN TIRES, of which they had to come a tow aswell.

And left me with a car that had no gas!!!!!!!!

•6/02/2024. I needed update on the vehicle and wanted another vehicle option because the had no idea what was wrong with the car, Jared said he’ll speak to his Dealer P and get back to me( please see communication attached.

•3 weeks later 27/02/2024 the vehicle is delivered back to my house by a driver I was not home , I come home and informed that that “thank you the sensors are working, but the other stuff is not fixed) The car was missing a Y at the end of DISCOVERY ( am just rolling my eyes)

5/03/2024 , 9 day later the car is licking heavy oil all over my drive way , the arrange the car to be towed again. (at my inconvenience ofcourse). Please see the attached video of how much oil was on the drive way , ( I am not happy with them , but no one pays me any attention about how serious this issue is).

•06/06/2024 , The vehicle makes the same sound it made on the 15 January 2024. I informed them and sent them a video of the sound coming from the car.

I was ignored, am assuming because the 6 months CPA was coming to an end.

They called and threatened to call police on me if I don’t give them back the loan car.

They made me services the loan car , took it back and till today I am stranded WITHOUT A VEHICLE.

The Ombudsman has not even attended to my matter.

IHAVE NEVER IN MY INTIRE LIFE SEEN SUCH HEARTLESS PEOPLE. … To make matters worse YESTERDAY I WAS THREATENED BY JARED TO CALL THEIR LAWYERS FROM THEM IF I TAKE THE MATTER TO SOCIAL MEDIA.

• 8 days later 23/01/2024, I get stuck on my way to a funeral, I immediately inform Jared , please listen to the voice note. I manage to drive the car to my office because I was in town. They arrange the car to be towed. Jared sent me a Whats app later that day to say “it was just low on water” , which makes no sense because the water level was full , however the warning signs said “Collant low . I poured Collant and filled up the water, I sent the a video doing all that labour. The car arrived to them with no water (despite being towed). It turned out there is a licking pipe somewhere.
