Bad service

Very unpleasant experience. Salesperson not accommodating. Finance person made not a single call to me to verify or advise of progress. I had to continue phoning to make follow ups. It is only today, three weeks later that I am advised after i called them whick bank approved the deal. Although finance is approved, I will not proceed with the deal as the service is terrible. I shudder to think what the aftersales service will be like if this is the treatment to a customer before the deal is finalised. The don't care attitude is alarming and it is as if they are doing you a favour by selling you a vehicle. Seems like they do not need the business. I will find a vehicle at another dealer.
