Unsafe Noisy Construction Site

- My roof was leaking rain water and sand particles so our bed was WET ALL WEEKEND.

- When we got there they were not even aware /expecting us as apparently we weren’t showing up on their system but we were showing up on Booking.com, waited for 30/45min + OUTSIDE in the rain & wind trying to find screenshots of emails & POP before she could open a room for us.

- The Wifi signal was incredibly weak , couldn’t watch Netflix or showmax for our first two days/night.

- it’s still a construction site basically, it’s noisy it’s loud .. u’ll definitely be woken up by some sort of noise before 7:00.

- The windows couldn’t close properly, there was literally NO security, I ddn feel safe .

- I witnessed a lady who left early nd demanded a refund complaining about noise levels & the cold water.

- Took Lukewarm-Cold Showers EVERY MORNING & night .

- The rooms have no heating source , no fridge , we even had to ask for a kettle to make some morning coffee but it was stated that there is one in each room.

- The leaking room I complained about I was told would be fixed on Monday, I complained on a Friday.

- The electricity in our room went out randomly & we had to walk in the rain to reception to report it

- The food wasn’t bad but definitely overpriced, definitely.

- It’s really not a star rating hotel, it’s a farm there are ***s n chicken nd ducks nd insects roaming around so if u not into that , don’t go.

I was very unhappy from the minute I was received, this place is still in the building process & they they just aren’t ready to accommodate people.. it’s not worth the money they made me pay, the pictures are deceiving , atleast 85% of that place is incomplete nd is a safety hazard .. I am seeking a refund..
