Unhappy on my birthday

My son and I where welcomed well, however had the worst stay ever. Room is dusty walls are filthy. Then worse we had to wait for 3 hours before being informed that the food I ordered can't be delivered. Had to order from Uber Eats which was taking away from the experience they allegedly offer. TV not working asked for assistance but till leaving no one came to assist. This is a very gorgeous place however not well maintained.
