My experience with Four20 bespoke hotel👎

I booked for a night there & and had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. I called to request for a refund, they said I should send them an email. I did as they told me, it’s been over a week now and they haven’t responded to my email. When I call, they always say they’ll check with their HR and get back to me. They don’t get back to me, I have been calling them everyday but I get the same response, and they receptionist always says she forgets to check and get back to me, sometimes they don’t even answer my calls or even return them. Till to date I have no information regarding my refund.
