Horrible place looks nothing like pictures

This place is filthy, I booked in August when I got there in December they said they are fully booked I booked a deluxe room they wanted to give me a single bed

There is construction everywhere and dirt .(restaurant is closed). I had to go to Protea hotel with 3 months old baby I was there for an hour and they gave us run arounds no accounting
