****! Avoid this guy

Stuart was fast to pull through for an inspection of my site, but charged me R1k for an initial inspection. Then he told me that I basically need to change everything and quoted me R10k to be compliant. I check other electrical companies near me, and most of them have a ZERO or R650 call out fee for an inspection. Then I get another electrician to inspect my site who tells me that I only need to change the DV box and surge protect for HALF of that quote! What a ****!
