Worse online shopping experience, do not buy from them

I bought items from Four points deal on the 2nd of February 2020 and I tried to do numerous follow-ups on my order till today 3rd of March 2020 I have received my order, I tried to call them to ask for refund their landline goes straight to voicemail sometimes not answered. Last week they gave me tracking number to track my parcel but there's no information on the courier company website, I even tried to call the courier company and they told me they don't have my parcel

I regret buying from Four points deal and I'm no longer interested to receive the items I need my money back
