4 Chilli Spice Bar a 5star experience

I went looking for a difficult-to-obtain spice at Four Chilli Spice Bar in Jacqueline Drive, Garsfontein (bigger stock than the Waterglen Center branch, also in Pretoria). Natasha realised I’m confused and ******** about traditional Indian cuisine & how to best use which spices. She spent almost an hour with me - she asked what I need the spice for, what I can/can’t eat, my favourite foods. Based on my answers she explained the effect of the spice I had come for (of which Four Chilli Spice Bar had ample), recommended alternatives & additions, let me taste the ones I didn’t know of, made suggestions on how to use the same ingredients in a different way for great variations. I left the shop encouraged, and energized by all the information and advice she had given. A fantastic experience! Price-wise it was also great. Of the 5 items I bought, 2 are common at the well-known big retailers, but Four Chilli Spice Bar charged almost half the price. Four Chilli Spice Bar is a pleasure on your eyes & nose, a culinary wisdom center and offers superb client service.
