Consumer willing to purchase a product(Damascus french-style nougat) the did not have a price on as acknowledged dat no items should be on sale shalves with no price as per CPA..cunsumer will therefore have a right of having an for free...but instead was over charged by a price dat was made up without scanning the mentioned item.
