Bad customer service

On the 13th July 2021 I went to Four Brothers who is situated in Vincent street Eldorado Park Extension 9. There they ha Albany Bread marked as R9. 99 I took two loaves and followed the que to pay. When it was my turn to pay I advised the cashier that the bread was marked at R9.99 she then told me that I can not have the bread for that price. I then took her to to the shelf marking where she removed the incorrect prices. And asked to speak a manager the manager informed me that I could not have the bread fo R9. 99. She spoke to me with disrespect and said that the prices referred to was for Sunday price and I should pay the register amount. She then flipped a Proof of delivery at me and showed me what the purchase price of the bread was. I then asked for the owners Number,***en, ) the store manager look at me with disrespect and then said that she will not assist me with the number I then proceeded to leave at the exit I seen a lady I then explained to her what happened not knowing that one of the owners (Howard) was looking at me. He asked me if he ca assist t told him of the incorrect shelf marking and he advised me to speak to the manager I refused to speak to the manager as she was making a fool out of me infront of customers then he asked a cashier to assist me I told him that I didn't not want to speak to his manager as she had no managerial skills. He walked in front of me not listening with no communication skills brushed me off and told me that I should not be disrespectful. Not kwoing thar his staff was disrespectful towards me he even said that a customer is not right even though the shelf marking is incorrect. Yes the cashier assisted me. Howard did not even advise the cashier that to do. To reimburse me or to cash the purchases with a lower price. It is not about the R6. 00 but to ensure that the customer is king. Noww how do the public perceive me now the lady that asked for a price reduction of six rand and received disrespect and humiliation for a consumers rights.
