damage of my vehicle at fountains shopping mall jeffreys bay

On 13th December 2024, ai went to work at the Mall as usual I parked my Vehicle at 3pm went on launch out to my vehicle while approaching I saw a Dent and Scratches on my vehicle I immediately went to centre management to report as no one around seems to know what happened. Centre Management told me the camera does not cover that side of the parking area which is very disappointing. Shopping mall owners should make sure properties are safe for consumers and the have a legal duty to of care to ensure the safety of their premises.
