Awesome service which exceeded our expectations. We were disappointed by Agoda.com, who cancelled our booking without prior notification. The management and staff at Fountain Hotel, went out of their way to ensure our anniversary was special. After that huge disappointment, Fountain Hotel and the staff have been excellent. Highly appreciate their willingness to assist us and even spoil us with the best cheesecake we've ever eaten. Wow that cheesecake was divine. Thank you for making our day special. It means a lot to us
