EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
BEWARE OF **************. We went to the restaurant at the hotel. We booked for a table of 18 and only I was charged R85 for parking. None of the other guests were charged for parking and EVERYONE parked in the hotel ba*****t parking. When I arrived at the hotel, the security told me that I need to park outside and first pay R85 at reception before he could open the gate. I then went inside to pay and was allowed into the parking area. How did all the other guests get in without paying? I brought it up with the hotel staff and I was told they are not able to do anything about it and i would not be refunded. So of a table of 18, I was the only one who was forced to pay for parking. No where at the hotel is there any indication/sign of the parking charge. This was my first time at the hotel and the situation left a bad taste in my mouth. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO ANYONE.
