Deposit refunds

Unfortunately tenants remain liable for arrears on rent and consumption and also for damage to property. When deposits have to be app**** to clean or repair homes or even to settle arrears, the tenant will get a breakdown of costs and the remainder of the deposit will be refunded to the tenant. Tenants have legal recourse but prefer to bad mouth on public sites.
