BREACH OF CONTRACT

I entered into a lease agreement with this woman on the 31st of July 2015 at Thristle Thorn Heights after she advised me to take lease on that flat, there was just about a lot of things which were not ok about this place, i raised my concerns with her but she did nothing about it.According to that contract that I got from her, I can cancel the contract within 5 working days from signing and I am entitled to a refund within 15 working days of cancellation. I notified her via e-mail on the 7th of August, exactly day 5 about my intention to cancel and moved out the end of August, till now she still has not paid my deposit back of R 5 850. Please can this woman pay my money back......
