I am extremer dissapointed with Fouchee properties with how my deposit refund has been handled. I lived in the apartment for only one month and R3800 was deducted for a wardrobe door that was already missing when i moved in. Despite raising this issue I have received false photographic evidence again i requested for a inspection and photo taken after the tenant who lived there moved out . Allister sent a sources picture taken from the internet which still had the tenants belongings. He can’t issue a befor picture for me. I am extremely dissapointed in the conduct of their agency, very unproffessional and dishonest. Becareful they will try by all means not to return your deposit amount . I need my R3800 back there is no way that can be deducted to fix a wardrobe door that was broken when i moved in.
