refusal to pay agreed amount.

I purchased a bmw 760 from these people a few months ago(used vehicle) there were a number of items that had to be taken care of which I paid for. however they agreed to pay for an owners manual and a service booklet which was missing.<br> they did nothing about it and as bmw had ordered it I paid them directly for the books. to date fouche motors are refusing to reimburse me for the money I spent. approx. r2500.<br> I find this unacceptable . they do not respond to any emails.
