BMW Spare Key

I bought my car in May 2014 from Fouche Motors. Salesman Mohammed promised to arrange for the spare key from the previous owner to be sent to me but that never happened. I followed up several times with dealership and even sent a quote from BMW for a new spare key. Zelda De Lange Promised that Melanie will sort the issue out. Two years later and the issue has not been resolved. I am very unhappy about this.
