They have no respecy for clients

I bought a Amarok from them 3 weeks ago and i still do not have my papers also they advertised it for 300000 nd wen i got there they changed 2 320000 i agreed 2 meet them half way being 310000 they charged me an xstra 5600 for other fees to put the vehicle on my name now i must put it on my name myself but they refuse to pay my money back i have called them but they refuse to xplain 2 me why they will not pay me back i would not let anyone buy from them they lie and cheat people
