Fouche Motors - ****** who dont care for their consumers

Fouche motors sold me a car and 2 weeks later the car started giving me error message of engine oil level. I then contacted Abdullah who sold me the car to find out if the previous owner had disclosed any info to which he responded I take the car to Mercedes as it still had motor plan. On arrival at merecedes I was told horrifying news that the car sump had been damaged and that I must return the car to where I bought it as there was major problems with the car. A guy by the name of Jan who works at Fouche admitted to myself and merecedes midrand that the previous owner had hit a rock which damaged the sump. The dealership refuses to cancel the deal, instead are forcing me to keep the car and they will fix it yet I am saying to them I no longer trust them or their car. The dealership seems all good but they are rotten. They are bragging that even if I take them to the ombudsman that can take years and they wont cancel cause they will lose their profit. As a first time buyer I am do broken by this entire experience and the bank that financed me MFC say they cant do anything to hep me as they cant force the dealership to cancel the deal. Then who helps us first time buyers ? All I want is to cancel the deal and move on. the car keeps beeping every day, they still haven't given me a spare key which I no longer want. Can someone please help me.
