A year later Fouche Motors is still giving me the run around. Treating me like a begger

I purchased a vehicle from Abdullah last year on the 28th August 2018, I then told him the backk seat belt buckle is broken and i never got a spare key. He then said I could get A quotation from a dealership near me which I did. They then said they will get it all sorted cheaper and their Mercedes Benz in vereeninging. I had no issue to take the car but I ought to be compensated with petrol since I'm making a trip for something that was meant to be sorted before putting the car on display.

A year later, I've emailed and called numerous times. The owner Naeem blue ticks my whatsapp messages and doesn't answer my calls.

Abdullah the sales agent has blocked my number.
