TERRIBLE SERVICE

Very terrible service. They are only nice to you when they are taking your money or selling you a car. I was fooled by the personal attention provided by the owner Mohammed. I bought a Mercedes-Benz G350 from them for about 1.2Mil. Everything went south after the deal was concluded. I noticed the next day that the car has mechanical problems. I took the car to Mercedes service centre where I was informed it will take a week or so to fix the car. I called the owner Mohammed and he promised to give me a temporary car while this is resolved. I never heard from him again afterwards. I kept calling and he stopped taking my calls. I stayed for a week without a car after just taking a car for 1.2mil. I tried to do a new deal with them for an A250. They requested a deposit of R65,000(10%) to hold the vehicle. The sales person Casey promised I will get an immediate refund if the deal doesn’t get approved. The deal was declined 5 days ago and till today I still don’t have my deposit back. The owner Mohammed is not taking my calls, the accounts department is not attending and the same person Casey is lying to me and also avoiding my calls. The G350 hasn’t been registered in my name and it has been 3 weeks driving with the old registration. They want me to come in for a temporary licence with no word on when I can get my own registration. No one is calling to update me on my deposit or registration. It has been 3 weeks and some days now. BUY YOUR CARS ELSEWHERE. The trouble is not worth it.
