Unforgiven terrible customer service

<p>Was at Fototec shop, wanting to scan my documents and apply at Unisa online, the lady by the name of Indrani Naaido who is the owner of the store offered to help me. Since i did not know how to apply online I asked her and she okayed it and I was the only customer there, she started the process....two customers came after me this lady left me unattended to assist other customers and she came back after 10 minutes, she continued.... Another customer came again and she left me again.... She did that more than 5 times, I ran out time as i was on lunch and i was also running out of time on the internet, so I left.... Because she promised to continue for as she was assisting other customers over me... Around 5:30 she called me... Telling me to come and get my usb and pay, when I get there nothing was done... On top of that she asked me to pay R30 for her labour, R30 for internet that i did not even use since she was assisting other customers on the same PC that we were using, I kept on asking questions for clarity, beacause she was undermining me she assumed that I dont have money to pay so, she said... "you dont want to pay, get the hell out from my shop" she went out side to call security for me so that ill be humiliated.. I followed her out.. Telling her that im a customer with rights, she said you are not my customer, and to the secirities "please get this thing out from my shop" on my way leaving her shop she said **** You... </p>
