3 years - Still no delivery

My wife and I got married on the 27th of October 2012. We used the services of Fotogravett for our photography requirements. One of the conditions, required us to pay for the service upfront, which is fairly standard... but almost 3 years later and we still don't have our photo album. <br> I have spoken to Derek at least 30 times in the past 3 years, excluding sms's and e-mails. I have tried to call him more than double that amount, but he ignores our calls and messages.<br> I got a hold of him this morning, because I used another number and when I asked him about our photos, he just let out a nervous laugh and said that he couldn't speak right now. He asked me to call him back in 10 minutes, which I did... but he did not answer.
