Bad experience from this shop from Deano Juedow

I came Durban for holiday but unfortunately my whole vacation got ruined because of this Deano Juedow guy who works at beach, 1 west street, Durban. As i was on the beach taking pictures with my camera (blue Canon IXUS) I mistakingly got beach sand into the camera. I thn decided to get it cleaned inside.Deano Juedow at the shop who said he will gladly get it fixed for me at R200.I was told the camera would be fixed after 2 hours. My camera was in a good state not broken or anything and that's the reason it was accepted as is. Within 45 minutes after leaving the shop I got a call from this guy saying I shouldcome fetch my camera. When i got there he was not there and his collegues didn't even want to look at me which was the first sign as to was going on. He handed me the camera and told me to leave. I was shocked as to why would someone just give me a camera like that whereas I asked him to clean it. When I looked at it my camera was missing *****s, the lenses not working anymore and the screen was cracked in half. I asked why does my camera look like that, he said I gave it that way.Who knew wanting a camera cleaned would nd up in me having this guy break my camera.
