Need help with reprint of an invoice

I'm an account holder at Hifi corporation. Last year in August I purchased a fridge and TV from them . I lost my invoice and I needed a reprint. I went to the store on the 20th to request it, and I was given many reasons that I cannot be helped. I was told it was stockpiling, again I was told to call headoffice also I was told I.must have an order number.

How can I have an order number that is on an invoice I lost. I called their headoffice they wanted an order number. They gave me an 086 number to call they also didn't help. I went back to the store, and a very unprofessional and rude manager called Bonolo was requested to come to the front to log on so I can be assisted, she literally made me wait more than 45min. I still didn't get help, please can someone help
