Worst Service!

<p>Hi</p> <p>On the 26th of November(in the morning) I went to Foto First in Cradlestone Mall. I wanted to make 3 canvases for my husband for his birthday on the 28th of November. At first I wanted 3 x A5 canvases (one with printing on as well). But they didn't have enough stock. So I've decided to take 2x A5 and 1 x A4(the one that had to have printing on). I've asked them how long it will take as it is for a birthday present. The lady that assisted me said it would be done before the end of the day. The same day after 3o'clock the lady came to me and said they've ran out of staples, but I will have it before 10o'clock the next day(27th November). On the 27th of November I gave them a call to find out how far they're with my order. The guy I spoke to said they still don't have any staples but will call me as soon as they done with my order. I went to them around 1o'clock. They told me they busy woth my order and will bring it to me as soon as it's done. After 3o'clock the lady came to ask me if I can email her the picture that I wanted to be printed on the A4 cause they can't find it on their emails. Gave them a call just before 4o'clock to find out how far they with my order just to find out that they haven't even started printing my canvases.</p> <p>I'm so angry and upset with the terrible service I've received. And now I didn't even had something to give to my husband as a present!</p> <p>Just know that I won't recommend Foto First to anyone!</p>
